Placing Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is an acknowledgment, not acceptance. We accept your order when the item ships.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
You may request changes or cancellation within 6 hours of placing an order. After production begins, changes are not possible.
Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB through secure payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
Our Right to Cancel or Reject Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, involve pricing errors, or cannot be shipped to the requested address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Product and Price Errors
We try to ensure all product descriptions and prices on the Site are accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. We will contact you before taking further action when possible.
Promo Codes
Promo codes are subject to the terms specified at the time of issuance. Unless stated otherwise:
- One code per order
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- No cash value
- Void if obtained through unauthorized channels
- We may cancel or modify codes at any time
