You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to cancel or request changes. After 6 hours, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or modified — the right to cancel is forfeited at that point.
We do not accept trades or exchanges between orders.
To cancel or change an order within the 6-hour window, reply to your order confirmation email or contact jake@exclusivelyyourgifts.com with your order number.
