This policy explains how Exclusively Your Gifts™ processes and ships orders placed on exclusivelyyourgifts.com.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide, with the exception of APO/FPO addresses.
- Processing time: 3–6 business days
- Delivery time: 3–12 business days after processing
- Total estimate: 6–18 business days from order placement
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.
Important Notes
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, which is outside our control.
- Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines rest with the carrier.
- Severe weather, strikes, or regional disruptions can extend transit time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to monitor delivery progress.
If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 7 consecutive days, contact us at jake@exclusivelyyourgifts.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request an address correction by emailing jake@exclusivelyyourgifts.com.
After 6 hours, the order enters production and the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for packages lost due to addresses submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are collected by your local authorities.
Damages in Transit
Exclusively Your Gifts is not liable for damages that occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please follow the process in our Return & Refund Policy.
